REFUND POLICY

We at LutforPRO offer SEO services on a pre-paid monthly basis. You can set up recurring payments with your project manager for your convenience.

All SEO work is done manually to ensure the best results and avoid any penalties that may be caused by any machine-generated involvement in key SEO activities. Therefore, we DO NOT provide any refunds or money back guarantees.

This is also explained by the fact that the behavior of search engine robots and changes in the ranking algorithms of all major search engines remain out of our control.

We do guarantee that our SEO services will be among the best and to the most current applicable standards as dictated by the major search engines and that your experience will quite possibly be the best you’ve had with a service provider.

Cancellation and Refunds

Before Campaign Launch

If you decide to cancel the service before we launch your SEO campaign, we understand. We'll provide a refund based on the amount of work completed. You may receive a full refund, partial refund, or no refund depending on the progress. To ensure a smooth cancellation, please submit your request in writing.

After Campaign Launch

Once your campaign starts, refunds are not available. However, you can request to stop work on one website and transfer the remaining work to a different website you own. We'll also try to allocate any remaining budget towards other SEO services for your websites.

Important Notes

Early cancellation may void your right to a refund on any deposit included in your contract.
Generally, refunds are not offered after cancellation due to the nature of SEO work.
If we do issue a refund, we will deduct the cost of work already finished and any work in progress.
Taxes paid to the government cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel your agreement and withhold any refund if you violate our terms and conditions.
Delays caused by the involvement of other companies (third-party participation) will not qualify you for a refund.
